I saw this crazy helo crash video yesterday on LiveLeak.com, but wasn't sure how recently it was shot. I discovered today the Army AH-64 Apache crash (in which no one was killed, thankfully) happened in February 2012 in Afghanistan - according to jvmagni, who posted the video on YouTube:
A Marine Corps pilot told jvmagni that the crash appeared to him to be caused by unsafe maneuvers by the Apache pilot.
