Sgt. Manuel Loggins' Widow Gives Birth to Baby Hope

The widow of Camp Pendleton Marine Sgt. Manuel Loggins Jr. has delivered a healthy baby girl named Hope, according to the Associated Press. It was a name the couple chose for the baby before Loggins' death at the hands of an Orange County Sheriff's deputy on February 7th.
